Great Sutton Street EC1

Planning consent was secured for a new build development providing 27,000 sq ft of offices and 12 residential apartments.

The offices were pre let to UNICEF and the apartments let on a long corporate lease.

Following completion of the build program, the building was sold to an Israeli Pension Fund. This was a complex build behind a listed facade, within a Conservation Area and within restrained site conditions.

The building secured a BREEAM Excellent rating and was one of the first buildings in London to do so.
