The Old Sessions House
22 Clerkenwell Green, EC1

Completion of the purchase of The Old Sessions House took place in January 2014.

This important building is widely viewed as the gateway building to Clerkenwell and was built in 1779. Spanning almost 40,000 sq ft Old Sessions has a varied and historical past, most notably as London's harshest courthouse where prisoners were detained and deported to Australia and America.

Built over basement, ground and three upper floors the building boasts impressive floor to ceiling heights and a dramatic triple height domed entrance foyer.

Previous occupants were relocated to a brand new 26,000 sq ft building in one of our Clerkenwell East schemes.
