The co ordination of a complex stakeholder group in the most difficult financing market resulted in the acquisition of this detailed planning permission for the delivery of 161 residential units, 27,845 sq ft of B1 commercial floor space and 872 sq ft of A1 retail.


Mount Anvil have already pre sold the entire residential element and Silvertown Properties as the commercial developer currently have offices available for sale or for rent, providing optimised accommodation.


In addition, a planning application has been lodged for a change of use for The Clerkenwell Conference Centre which will bring a unique venue to this important regeneration project.
